5 Infused Water Recipes to Better Hydrate Yourself
It’s important to stay hydrated, but water can become a little dull after a while, and you risk missing out on your recommended intake simply because you don’t want a glass of regular H²O. Natural infusions to the rescue! Here are five of our favourite flavoured water recipes that you can sip on all day long.
MORNING MOTIVATION: CITRUS AND CUCUMBER
Start your day with a refreshing infusion to wake you up. Slice up some cucumber (leave some aside for a soothing evening eye mask) and add to a jug of cool filtered water. Squeeze in some drops of lemon juice, cut the rest into segments and add to the mix. The cool flavour of the cucumber perfectly complements the natural acidity of the lemon. Alternatively, you could use lime, orange or grapefruit – citrus champions!
