Ingredients:
Recipe Makes 3 serves
3 tubs Activia Probiotic Yoghurt No Added Sugar Vanilla
3 tsp peanut butter
1.5 cups plain rolled oats
1/2 cup chia seeds
3 cups milk of choice
3 bananas, sliced
A fews squares melted dark chocolate, if desired
Method:
Divide ingredients evenly into 3 mason jars in the above order starting with Activia yoghurt on the bottom and then layer the remaining ingredients on top. Place lid on jars and refrigerate.
