How to make a delicious smoothie bowl?
Place chia seeds, oats, and milk in a jar with a lid and refrigerate until read to use.
When ready to make the smoothie bowl, blend some frozen fruit until the fruit is broken into tiny, crumbly pieces.
Add the chia seed, oat, and milk mixture to the blended fruit. Pulse, or blend on low, once more.
Add two scoops of Activia to the blender and blend again on LOW, pushing down the fruit from the sides if needed, until a thick and creamy smoothie is formed.
Immediately remove smoothie from the blender into a bowl and top with your favourite fruit, nuts, or seeds.
